Quazi Nazmus Sakib has a MA in Economics from York University, Canada. His first Master’s degree was in Health Economics from University of Dhaka and prior to that, he did his Bachelor in Health Economics from the same institution. Since 2022, he has occupied several research positions in Universal Research Care (URC), Institute of Health Economics (IHE) and icddr, b, all of these institutions are located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

His research interests are mainly on Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR), Outof-pocket (OOP) and Catastrophic Health Expenditure (CHE). Quazi Nazmus Sakib holds the position of Human Resource Manager in HRD and supports in the recruitment and training processes.
